ABOUT ABOUT

ONLY 200 TASTING PASSPORTS AVAILABLE! Don't miss your chance to get a tasting passport to the Inaugural Bethlehem Rib Cook Off is being created by the Downtown Bethlehem Association & presented by Faulkner Chevy! A competition between Downtown Bethlehem Restaurants for the Title of “Best Ribs in Bethlehem” restaurants will set up on Broad Street and guests will sample restaurants’ cuisine and vote for their favorites between top local competing restaurants! Visitors will also be able to purchase meal tickets, which will enable them to buy a full lunch / dinner from one of the restaurants rather than (or in addition to) a tasting passport!

The goal of the 2012 Bethlehem Rib Cook-off is to draw foot traffic into downtown Bethlehem and highlight the Broad Street businesses, as well as Downtown Restaurants competing for “Best Ribs in Bethlehem”. This festival will create excitement in the community as well as reinvent the idea of a neighborhood “cook-out” reminiscent to American culture.
